He manu atua hei te hinengaro tāngata nā te kararehe ruarua i te whenua.

​Tātou e whiwhi I te korokī me te rurunga hei te Ao Manu.

This taonga represents te wao nui ā Tāne.

Manu are considered very special to our people because we had few other animals on land.

We receive song and vibration for the world of birds.
