We take great care in delivering your taonga safely and efficiently, both across Aotearoa and around the world.
Within New Zealand
Standard Courier (non-rural): $10 flat rate
Rural Delivery: Additional charges may apply based on your location.
International Shipping
Shipping costs vary depending on your country.
All international parcels are fully tracked to ensure they reach you safely — this is reflected in the shipping price.
We’ll provide tracking details once your taonga is on its way.

Repairs, Returns & Rebinding
We only offer repairs and re-binding services for Hei Taonga (pendants) crafted by us. If your piece needs attention, please contact us directly.
Cord Rebinding
If your taonga requires a new cord, we’re happy to rebind it for a small fee. However, this service is only available for taonga made by us.
Returns
If you purchase one of our taonga and are not satisfied for any reason, you may return it for a full refund (excluding shipping).
Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
To qualify for a refund, the taonga must be unused and in original condition — no scratches, marks, or damage. Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.
